*1. Delivery of goods:*

We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 28 working days, providing the goods are in stock. Orders for licence keys are usually completed within 24 working hours.

Licence keys are available for download once payment has been completed. You will need to view your completed order for the link to download the zipped CSV file containing the keys.

*2. Customer feedback and enquiries:*

We are always open to suggestions and we encourage feedback to help us to improve our service levels. If you have any feedback, enquiries or comments then please let us know either by e-mail or in writing. The addresses are to be found on the Contact us pages.

*3. Returns/Refund policy:*

Please note that you do have the right to return a product for refund within the first 7 days following delivery. Note Special order items that are custom made to your specification are exempt from the 7 day cancellation period. We regret that we will not be able to accept these goods back for credit or exchange. Licence keys once downloaded are also non returnable.

If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the original purchase price in full. We request that you return the goods to us in original condition. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please note that any goods returned more than 28 days after the original delivery date will not be refunded unless we received notification of cancellation within the 7 day period. Please ensure that goods are securely packaged to avoid damage. If goods are damaged in transit we reserve the right to make a claim against the customer for this damage.

*If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:*
(a) Contact us to request a *Returns Number. and a return address.
(b) You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please ensure that goods are securely packaged to avoid damage. If goods are damaged in transit we reserve the right to make a claim against the customer for this damage.
(c) Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the *Returns Number.

(*) Returns Number - This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your refund. Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may cause delays.

*Please note that we expect you to return the goods to us in original condition.*

*4. Goods damaged in transit:*

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please notify us within immediately by phone or e-mail. If the goods have to be signed for (not applicable in all cases) write “damaged, wet or broken as appropriate on the delivery note at the time of signing on all copies of the delivery note. Our couriers allow us only 48 hours from the time of delivery to report transit damage. If goods have been damaged in transit we will make arrangements to replace the goods once the courier has acknowledged the claim for transit damage. We also request that you keep the goods and any packaging in case the courier needs to inspect the delivery as part of the transit insurance claim.
